Reservations

To validate a reservation, our customers must send proof of payment and the following information:

Full name

Birthday

Identity number or passport number

CPF

Address/ Neighborhood/ City/ Zip Code

Telephone

Email

Entry time to the property / flight number (if air)

Departure time from the property

Name of other guests (if any);

Payment methods, reservations, rent and deposit

To reserve one of our properties, we require a booking confirmation deposit of 50% of the total rental amount. The remainder of the rent will be charged at check-in before entering the property.

Payment, corresponding to 50% of the reservation, can be made by bank transfer/deposit, bank slip, credit card or Pix.

Payment for the remainder of the rent + cleaning fee must be made up to 1 hour before check-in.

In order for us to allocate your payment, we always require confirmation of the transfer via email or WhatsApp.

If, for any reason beyond the control of our management, the rental property ceases to be available, we offer our customers the choice of a similar property or a full refund of all amounts paid.

Check in

Check-in time: After 15:00 can be done at any time

It is mandatory to inform us of the arrival time, guest's full name and contact number. Without this information, check-in cannot be carried out.

Check-in is done remotely, we send the electronic lock password and the necessary instructions via email or WhatsApp, after confirming the reservation.

If the customer arrives before our official check-in time, we have nowhere to leave luggage and we are also unable to anticipate check-in. To check in before the scheduled check-in time, you must reserve the previous night or get in touch to find out the price of early check-in. in.

Check-out

Check-out time: until 12:00

Check-outs after 12 pm are not tolerated as the cleaning team has a short period of time to prepare the property for the next guest.

Cancellation and changes to the reservation

In case of cancellation or no-show, the reservation deposit will not be refunded. There will be no refund of rent or deposit if the guest decides to leave the apartment early.

Prime Studios has the right to immediately terminate the rental contract, without any refund of amounts paid by the customer, if one of the following occurs: the total number of occupants exceeds the maximum defined on our website, disturbance of the peace of the neighborhood and /or violation of condominium rules, organization of parties, consumption of illicit drugs, pets without our permission, failure to pay in full the rent or security deposit.

If the reserved property has an internet or cable TV connection, Prime Studios assumes no responsibility for any connectivity problems or inconveniences resulting therefrom. These services are provided by telecommunications companies and are beyond our control. In case of problems and disturbances with Internet connectivity or TV signal, there will be no refund of rental payment.

Responsibilities and obligations of our guests

The guest assumes full responsibility for the property they rent as well as any item belonging to the condominium. The same applies to other residents and visitors. The client and all occupants of the apartment and visitors must comply with the condominium regulations and rules. Fines imposed by the condominium administration for non-compliance with the rules will be immediately paid by the client. Additionally, they may also lead to premature termination of the rental contract without any refund.

Visitors

There are condominiums that do not allow visitors to enter. Please contact us before making any reservation where visitors are expected, so that we can provide a more suitable property.
